I have been coming to this office since 2006. Ms Ann is a wonderful and well skilled hygienist. She has wonderful bedside manners and very sweet.office staffs are very pleasant as always.Even though my dental insurance (Dental dental) is not in-network anymore but I only trust this office with my teeth so I keep coming there.
Dental hygienists were very professional and explained everything clearly. Even though the office was busy, we didn’t feel rushed. At check out, Mayra and the whole team were extremely patient and accommodating. If needed, we would definitely return. Thanks to the whole team.

I love this place! The front desk people greet you as soon as you come into the door and make you feel comfortable. I was seen on time and both the dental technician and Dr. Herring quickly came into the room, went over my treatment for the day , gave me a few options, and then went to work. My experience was painless and with good results. I scheduled another appointment next month with the check out ladies who were great! I would tell anyone looking for a great dental practice to go to Bear-Glasgow dentist. What a great team!

The staff is very friendly and caring. I had two teeth filled on 11/8. I knew it was going to be cold in the office so I dressed appropriately, so I thought. I was still very cold but Dr Herring’s assistant got me the fuzziest warmest blanket she could find. I was so comfortable I nearly fell asleep! Best experience I’ve ever had in a dental chair.

Today I visited the office of Bear/Glasgow Dental. I arrived early so I could fill out forms but I had the option prior to coming into the office to complete the registration paperwork process. The office was very nice I felt very comfortable. The Dentist and the Staff were excellent. I highly recommend being that I have always been afraid of the Dentist. 🦷

Great place! Took my daughter for her first visit and had to have a tooth extraction same day...the staff was wonderful and made her feel so comfortable she left with a big smile on her face!! Was so impressed went there myself (after not seeing a dentist in >7 years) and just had my follow up get a wisdom tooth extracted and cavities filled. Was SO nervous going in and left with zero pain feeling silly for worrying so much. They’re the best!
I'm not a fan of getting dental work done and have neglected my teeth. Now working with a plan to repair the damage, I can say I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I was made to feel. I know I will complete the needed work and thank the staff at Bear Glasgow for making it so easy and painless.

Amazing service, the only reason for the missing star is that we had to wait 2 hours for the doctor to see my child. She is 6, her appointment was late morning plus the two hour wait. Made it almost impossible to keep her happy since she wasn't allow to eat or drink anything before a procedure.Other than that everything and everyone we encountered was amazing, respectful, and courteous...
My husband and I both give this practice, and Dr. DeCouto high marks. Just had a filling replaced in a front tooth and it was absolutely painless. Staff are all friendly and I’ve never had to wait long for my appointment. Highly recommend.
I've been with this dental practice for many years and I have always been happy with the hygienists and dentists that I have had. They are good at explaining procedures and make recommendations. The office staff are very nice too.
I'm someone who always had trouble with their teeth and Dr Glen Goldberg and there associate John Moore as well as the staff at Bear Glasgow dental has always made me feel welcomed and comfortable with the dental care that I had to receive over the years. Someone who has no dental insurance I always had to price around and Bear Glasgow dental for me was always my best choice. I'll always be willing to pay a few dollars more to receive the kind of care that Bear Glasgow dental always offered me. So for me I wouldn't go anywhere else but Bear Glasgow dental.PS. As I read back the post that I was about to send I thought to myself. Gee. You might think I know these people personally but believe me. My 3 year old daughter had dental work with sedation and the whole team was amazing! They were so kind and made her feel so comfortable. Even the office staff was super helpful when I was having issues with my insurance as far as billing. I would definitely recommend!
Dr Wu has been my dentist for over 10 years. He takes his time to ensure my comfort and teeth are good. His bed side manner is great.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although I went in with limited resources, they gave me great dental advice and payment options. I also called at 8:30am and got an appointment for 9:30am. I dont know if that can be expected but I really needed it that day. I sincerely appreciate their services. Thank you!
My experience here was great. I had a fear of going to any dental office, but had to schedule an emergency appointment. I’m so happy this is the place I chose. The staff are friendly and were really helpful. Dr. Herring was very thorough. She found the problem, explained it in detail, and explained each step needed for a resolution. It was a great experience and happy because this is now my new dentist office. The service provided really eased my fear of going to the dentist.
I love my dentist and hygienist. The whole group is great but I prefer my hygienist, Karen. She’s great. She remembers things we talk about even after 6 months. Dr. Herring and Karen are great.
Friendly staff always. From cleaning to filling, choppers are always well cared for pain-free. Reminders by call and e-mail are very helpful. Looking good after decades of coffee, candy, wine, or whatever else passed through these teeth over the years.
The BEST dental experience of my life and I am over 50 years old! I had a back tooth that needed a filling; and everyone knows how traumatic a back filling can be. Mouth wide and dental gadgets galore in your mouth and that feeling of being about to drown from the grinding and the water!NOT SO at Bear-Glasgow Dental LLC!! Dr. DeCouto was EXCELLENT and so was his Dental Hygienist - Tabitha. I was completely comfortable. The filling went fast. The numbing was thorough and the procedure was painless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
My experience was great! Everyone was very pleasant. Anna as usual was wonderful to me. She is always attentive to my needs and wishes. Everything I need done in the future was explained to me in detail with approximate costs. Can't ask for a better place for my dental procedures.

Fifth crown, no problems at all. Temporary crown stayed on the entire 5 weeks of trying to schedule early (quick turnaround).My Daughter’s wedding occurred during this time.No one can predict when my old teeth are going to break, but through great scheduling and rescheduling because of my conflicts with wedding and other conflicts, they did a great job of getting me in on a timely basis.I will never switch dentist as long as I live in Delaware.Bear-Glasgow Dental is the BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
I absolutely love this practice. My hygienist was gentle, and continually educated me as she did my cleaning. There’s never any lecturing, just an attempt to improve your health. Dr. Herring is the best! She actually talks to you like you are a person, and always looks out for what is best for you. I feel so lucky to a found this practice!
I took my 4 year old here to have some cavities filled. As soon we got there the receptionist greeted us with a smile and as teddy bear for my daughter. They made the process SO easy and smooth for us both. Upon waking up, my daughter as very distraught (as most babies and toddlers are after anesthesia). The staff was SO friendly and caring to her AND me. Waking her up gently. Scooping her up and placing her in my lap. Getting her socks and shoes on her while I held her and tried to wake her up. Helping keep her upright and balanced in my lap while I got her dressed in her coat.The anesthesiologist was super friendly ! Came out ahead of time and showed my daughter the mask she would wear and how to breathe deep. Made it fun for her and not scary or strange.It was all around just the best experience I could have ever hoped for for my daughter getting anesthesia to have dental work done.I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone !!! For their little ones or for themself !Oh the teddy bear has now become her new favorite animal that she carries all around the house with her rather than Minnie Mouse.
I love coming to Bear Glasgow Dental Office, the staff is very pleasant and helpful.Just don’t like the new changes with the fact they are out of network. Now I have to look for a new Dentist that will except my insurance. Very sad about this because I love come to the Dental Office there.
I've been going to Bear-Glasgow Dental for nearly 10 years. The office and rooms are always clean. I've never had any issues with fees and my Insurance company. Time in the waiting room are short. Staff and Dentists are always pleasant. My son has now switched from his Pediatric Dentist to Bear-Glasgow and in a few years my 2nd child will also switch over. Keep up the good work Bear-Glasgow Dental. We appreciate you!
My Dad hasn't been to a dentist in years and I noticed His face was swollen and I was worried He had an accessed tooth.I called Friday morning asking for a new client Appointment today .They were able to squeeze Dad in at 11am!!Dr Herring removed the abcessed tooth,She was so nice and patient with My 80 year old Father.I highly recommend this Wonderful practice..
Had to have a tooth pulled today. It was an emergency & they told me to get there as quick as I could. I got there, they got me in quickly, and did an X-ray for confirmation & gave me a shot of Novocain & pulled the tooth. Clean & simple. They were very informative and did things step by step. Perfect.
My visit today was great. Very caring on my dental exam& explained what next step should be. My cleaning went very well. Very nice staff!!

Katelyn is absolutely the Best Dental Hygienist by far. I go every 6 months for a cleaning. Katelyn is very gentle and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Katelyn for anyone seeking a Dental Hygienist.

We absolutely love this office and all the staff! They are very welcoming and great with kids. Kerry (carrie?) The sedation coordinator, is Awesome! She did everything she possibly could to get my 4 year old daughter in for surgery asap. She made sure all requirements were met with such ease. I'm so thankful for the way my child was cared for. The whole team is so friendly and truly care about their patients. Emergency appointments are always available even on Saturday! Definitely recommend Bear-Glasgow Dental.
My daughter has another dentist she goes to however, they had no availability and she needed her tooth removed immediately. I asked from the dentist for a referral they gave me Bear-Glasgow I reached out to them they immediately took my information down and got me an appointment for the following week. I went there with my daughter, they looked over her tooth said yes we would need to remove it. After getting some clearance from her pediatrician they called me a few days later to set up a time for her to get it done. We arrived they were so pleasant and nice They took my daughter and I back I was there with her when she was going under and the whole time they kept asking if I was okay. They heard my concerns about her other teeth they did an X-ray came out and confirmed what my issue was so instead of removing one tooth they decided to do all her teeth that needed repair since she was already going under for one. They didn’t start anything without my knowledge of it or my permission. When she woke up they immediately came out and got me and I was able to comfort my daughter during that time the staff was great they made me comforted and they explained everything of the after math of how she would be feeling and directions on how to clean her mouth and what I need to do for pain. The sedation coordinator whom I spoke with setting up her appointments and going over instructions prior to the procedure was great she made everything simple to follow and made assurance that if I needed anything to just call. The front office staff was pleasant especially that early in the morning. I would highly recommend this place for procedures with tooth removals.
Dr. Herring and her assistant, Amanda, are the best!! Both are caring and professional. I had an emergency appointment on 1/12/2024, after x-ray was taken, I had a pain free filling repair!! Dr. Herring and Amanda are a great 'duo'!!
Efficient, effective, gentle, and caring. They understand the the tooth is a part of a living system and a single blemish does not mean it should be drilled and filled. In fact, they use this as the last resort and help you protect and repair your teeth.
It is always a pleasant experience at Bear-Glasgow Dental. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, the dental assistants put me at ease and the doctors are always helpful and professional. I’ve been going to BGD for about 20 years now and have never had a bad experience.
It was a pleasant experience. I had a tooth removed and I honestly felt very comfortable with my dentist and the staff. I’m going back to get some much needed work and I believe I have found a dentist. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was do to my having to return after my initial visit. I thought I was going to have my tooth removed that day but they do schedule me the next day and completed the extraction.
I must give Bear- Glasgow Dental high marks as they are a superb practice in every way. The service they provide is top notch in every way. What was serendipitous about this visit was how the hygienist, Anna, remembered me from the Bear office years ago, as well as my late wife. This was one trip to the dentist that “made my day”.
They are on point take good care of your teeth make you feel welcome. Love me some Katie she put the work in to clean my teeth not rushing 😊💞
I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The staff are top notch. My entire family receives first rate service. We have been patients of this practice for over twenty (20) years - even before we had kids. Shout out to Anna McDaniel who led the way in practicing with our daughter with special needs to be able to get her teeth cleaned and x-rayed WITHOUT sedation. We have great love and loyalty to Anna and this practice because of this.Unfortunately, the practice has made a business decision to shed dental plans they once accepted and limit the plans they do accept to a limited few. So we are out-of-network now - with less coverage. After twenty plus years, we are now forced to evaluate if it makes financial sense to remain patients of this practice.JUST BE WARNED - MAKE SURE TO CHECK IF THEY ACCEPT YOUR COVERAGE.

I was new to this Dental Practice having relocated to Delaware. I must say, everyone from the Front Desk Woman to the Intake Woman, the Hygienist, and The Dentist Ann were all very down to earth. I found this VERY refreshing when compared to the uppity staff of the last dental office I attended.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, they put my anxiety to rest and they each took the necessary time with me, I never felt like they rushed through their tasks nor was I treated like a number.This is what I was hoping to find in a Dentist!!! 🎉🏆😁
Great dentist for my children they are normally really quick they get you in and out. The people are great except 1 she always seems to have attitude when giving you your next appointment at the end of everything .other then that I love this place and I can get passed the attitude. Lol great for the kids though.

Everyone knows I hate going to the dentist. However, I felt comfortable with the Dental Hygienist, and the Doctor. They were very professional. Also the ladies at the front desk were very helpful as well. I will be having work done in a month, hopefully I won't be afraid.
The entire staff from first entering the office to check out were professional, informative, and caring. Dr DeCouto and his dental assistant, Bethany, took the time to answer all of my questions and provided excellent care.
We were at Bear Glasgow Dental today and I can't emphasize enough how wonderful they are! Our dental assistant, Kayla was terrific. You can really tell she loves her job and cares about her patients. She was pleasant and immediately put my husband at ease with her wonderful demeanor! We also saw Dr. Decouto. He was also amazing! He really took time to understand our concerns and answer the plethora of questions we had. He explained the steps involved with my husband complex treatment plan with courtesy and clarity. His patience and professionalism were impeccable. If you are looking for a new dental practice, look no more. I would highly recommend Bear Glasgow Dental for all your dental/sedation needs.

I’ve been going here for a couple years now. This is the best dentist I’ve been to. They are all very professional and kind. The work is exceptional, above and beyond my last dentist which was a family practice. They don’t just address the here and now but actively view existing issues but are 6 months ahead with tracking your potential issues. Katie is the best dentist assistant in the business. I had Bianca today (I think that was her name) and she was very nice and it was a good experience. The doctor also seems nice and does a great job. I’d recommend this as your dentist if you’re interested in finding a new place

Both the dental assistant and the dental hygienist went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and understood each step of the process through my visit.I even had a pleasant experience with Jen at the receptionist desk.Very clean, organized, and structured- and the wait time wasn’t long because I had filled out the necessary documents prior to arriving.I have been going to this dentist for 3-4 years now and I do not plan on switching.
I contacted Bear-Glasgow Dental regarding a broken molar and was in the chair in their office within two hours. The atmosphere was very pleasant and professional. The emergent situation was remedied quickly and my future options were clearly laid out. I highly recommend Bear-Glasgow Dental.

My daughter had oral surgery with Dr. Annone yesterday and was taken care of extremely well. The entire procedure took less time than anticipated. The anesthesiologists were very helpful and assured me she was in good hands. Dr. Annone took time to explain everything she did and I’m so grateful for her and her wonderful bedside manner.
He was in and out, and it didn’t hurt like expected. I had 3 cavities worked on without a hitch. Thank you for your kind manner. Dr Decouto, and lovely assistant, the inseparable duo. The ladies in the front office were sweet and funny; You should give them far more money. ♥️

Hygienist was polite, respectful and direct. My son also was scheduled for his cleaning the same day and that service was under an hour as well. He was provided a dental kit. Next appointment 9/5/23 no wait at all. Excellent service across the board.

I had a bridge come out while eating dinner. Not one Bear Glasgow did. In fact it’s about 30 years old. They were nice enough to squeeze me in and told me to come right over. I only waited about 20 minutes and Dr DeCouto told me bridge was history but suggested I have it examined as they used white gold many times back then and may be worth some money. Referred me to look into getting implant. Great practice. Dr Doug always explains everything. Thank You for taking the time
